quality and craftsmanship. This means your hat is created specifically
for you upon ordering.
Q: Will I be notified about material availability?
A: Yes! For pieces with ribbon or embellishment details, you'll be
contacted with photos of current material options to ensure your
satisfaction before production begins.
Q: Can I customize my hat?
A: Currently, we offer our curated collection as designed. However, for

possibilities.
SIZING & FIT
Q: How do I know my hat size?

Q: What if my hat doesn't fit?
